New York, NY - Old phone booths in Manhattan’s Union Square are getting a modern makeover. Smart screens there display real-time local-based services, community information, current events and entertainment listings.
It’s called City24/7, which also is the name of a media and content company.

Charlottenburg, Germany - On Monday morning, 13 children in grades 7, 8, and 9 who attend the Chabad School in Berlin- Charlottenburg were subjected to anti-Semitic taunts such as “Are you Jewish?” and were photographed by a group of several unidentified “Southern” youths believed to be Muslims. According to a Yediot Achronot report, the White House has sent messages to Iran via two European nations that for as long as Tehran refrains from attacking American bases in the Persian Gulf, the USA will not become involved in an Israeli military strike in Iran. The report states the White House’s indirect message was sent to Iran in the hope of persuading Tehran to stay clear of American bases and naval vessels in the region.
